Customized Recruiting Solutions

No two clients are ever the same, so we will develop customized strategies for each client. Provide a single point of contact for each client and operate with transparency so that both the message and results are consistent.

Payrolling

  • The client identifies a contract they would like to add to their company.
  • This helps companies that may not have a budget to add someone as a FTE or wants to avoid paying benefits, etc.

Contract Labor

  • Recruiters source candidates for Contract/Project assignments or “Contract Hire” opportunities.
  • Would focus on needs greater than 30 days. Average contractor stays on billing for 17 weeks

Perm Placement

  • Recruiters source candidates and the client hires the client hires them directly as a FTE.
  • Great for “challenging to fill” roles or to supplement a client’s current recruiting efforts.
