Employee Self Services Registration

Registration requires some key information from a recent pay stub (dated within the last 30 days). Company ID, check number and current total earnings are required inputs to validate your registration. You can get this information from your pay stub as shown in the screenshot above. HINT: You may want to print this webpage for reference!

Following the initial registration you will be able to log in using the username and password you select. If you have any trouble registering your account, please contact your HR Department. Remember to keep your account information private and secure as sharing your account information may be a violation of your company privacy policy as well as your personal security.

IMPORTANT!! To register for an Employee Self Service account, you will need a pay stub that is no older than 30 days old. Your employer must also be actively processing payroll with HR Butler and enrolled in this service prior to registration. If you are unsure if your employer offers this service, contact your HR Department or supervisor.
